Information:
Effective
September1, 2005,
all shipments will be subject to an adjustable
fuel
surcharge. This rate will be calculated the first
Tuesday of each month and the percentage
will be based on the
U.S. Retail Gasoline Prices
set by the U.S. Department of Energy.
The rate will be calculated by taking the average
cost of fuel today (-) the average cost of fuel in January 2005 (/) by
the average miles per gallon a small to mid-sized vehicle can
travel.
