and services we offer vary by geographic area. We refer to these
geographic areas as “Service Areas”. Currently we have two distinct
service areas - General Service Area and Extended Service Area. When you
ship, the service area is determined by the shipment's origin zip code.
If your shipment is originating within one of our General Service Areas, we have
more service options for you to choose from.
The map below provides a graphical representation of our U.S. services
areas. Colored areas on the map represent a “General Service Area”; all
other uncolored areas represent our “Extended Service Area”.
