No-Fault

Because you have elected to ship your package by air, you agree that Jet Delivery cannot be held liable for any loss of, damage to or delays of your package if the loss of, damage to or delay is caused while in the possession of the air carrier that will receive and transport your package by air. Furthermore, if the loss of, damage to or delay of your package occurs through no fault of Jet Delivery, Inc. you agree to indemnify, and hold harmless Jet Delivery, their respective employees, and representatives from any and all claims which might be brought by any person(s) associated in any way with the above mentioned shipment.

You further agree that if your package was lost, damaged or delayed by the air carrier and not Jet Delivery, you agree and acknowledge that you will be billed for all charges incurred by Jet Delivery in the attempt to get your package to its destination.

Finally you acknowledge that the estimated delivery date and time is subject to change. Unforeseen conditions can effect flight schedules and travel times.
