How this report is calculated
On-time performance = on-time orders ÷ completed orders. Pending and en-route orders are excluded from that percentage. Each order carries equal weight across the selected period.
Performance uses current orders by actual pickup-departure date and OSORT's recorded late-job classification. Local service covers 50 miles or less; long distance covers over 50 miles. Critical delays are strictly over 61 minutes.
Comparisons use the same weekdays one week earlier for selections of seven days or fewer. Longer selections use the immediately preceding period with the same number of calendar days. The same filters apply to both periods. On-time performance changes are percentage points; order-count changes are percentages.
