Operating Authority & FMCSA Registration
- Carrier must have a valid USDOT number.
- Must be compliant with Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) requirements where applicable.
- California-based intrastate carriers must hold a Motor Carrier Permit (MCP) unless exempt.
- EIN or Social Security Number is required depending on business structure.
Insurance Requirements
- Jet Delivery must be listed as an additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Coverage minimums:
• Vans & Light Trucks: $300,000
• Flatbeds & Bobtails: $750,000
• Semis/Tractors: $1,000,000 - Scheduled autos must list VINs; review for restrictions in COI documentation.
Workers’ Compensation or Occupational Coverage
- All carriers must provide proof of Workers’ Compensation insurance or Occupational Accident coverage.
- Sole proprietors must submit a valid exemption or proof of Occupational Accident Insurance.
- Accepted forms include Certificates of Insurance, Self-Insurance, or approved waivers.
Business Entity Verification
- Carrier must provide proof of formal business registration (LLC, Corp, Partnership, etc.).
- Acceptable documents include Articles of Incorporation, Statement of Information, DBA, etc.
- Carrier must also provide a valid business address and location.
Signed Agreement & Payment Terms
- Carriers must sign the applicable agreement based on the class of vehicle operated (Medium Heavy or Extra Heavy).
- Jet Delivery pays Net 14 days. Payment is issued only after receiving all required shipment paperwork and a matching invoice.
- We support Check, ACH, and Wire Transfer (wire fees may apply). Factoring is allowed with setup.
- Quick Pay is available to approved partners with reliable invoicing habits.
Proof of Public Marketing
- All carriers must be publicly marketed and provide proof of their services being offered.
- Acceptable examples: company website, online directory listing, Yelp, social media business page, etc.
