  Fuel Surcharge

  Effective September 1, 2005, all shipments will be subject to an adjustable fuel surcharge. This rate will be calculated the first Tuesday of each month and the percentage will be based on the U.S. Retail Gasoline Prices set by the U.S. Department of Energy.
