Skills & Requirements

We're looking for a friendly, approachable, and talented individual who enjoys working to meet deadlines and has an eye for detail. In this role, you'll complete various accounting-related tasks for accounts payable and accounts receivable, such as cash receipts, data entry, credit checks, and collections.

In addition, you'll work closely with our drivers and agents plus play a supporting role for our customer service team, helping with customer requests during peak activity times.

• At least 2 years relevant accounting experience


• Ability to prioritize and multitask


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Adobe


• Self-starter with the ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced atmosphere


• Excellent customer service skills


• Willing to take initiative, ability to be proactive, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and work with little supervision


• Familiar with GAAP and general accounting practices

• Perform other duties outside the scope of the job description and as required by the Controller

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time


• Prior work experience on accounting software


• Visual acuity to read words and numbers


• Speaking and hearing skills to communicate efficiently in person or over the telephone
